Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital (KUTRRH) has announced three senior-level job openings, inviting qualified Kenyans to apply for positions in human resource management and administration.
The Level 6 state-owned referral hospital, established under Legal Notice No. 4 of 2019, is seeking to fill the roles of Director, Human Resource and Administration, as well as two Deputy Director positions covering Human Resource Management and Development and Administration, respectively.
Positions on Offer at KUTRRH
The Director role, graded KUH 2 and carrying the job reference V/FT/E/2026/1, is offered on a contract basis. The two Deputy Director posts, both graded KUH 3, are on a permanent and pensionable (P&P) basis.
One deputy director will oversee human resource management and development (reference V/FT/E/2026/2), while the second will manage administration (reference V/FT/E/2026/3).
KUTRRH described the ideal candidates as highly motivated, dynamic, and result-orientated individuals with strong integrity and the capacity to deliver results.

Shortlisted applicants will be required to present clearance documents in line with Chapter Six of the Constitution, including certificates from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB), and the Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).
Those holding academic qualifications from institutions outside Kenya must additionally provide accreditation from the Commission for University Education (CUE) or the Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNAQ).
