The fourth leg of the circuit, scheduled for August 22–23, comes at a crucial stage of the campaign, with teams fighting to strengthen their positions in the race for overall honours.
KCB have made an impressive start to the season, winning the opening Prinsloo Sevens in Nakuru after defeating Kabras Sugar 19–12 in the final.
The bankers then maintained their dominance at the Kabeberi Sevens in Nairobi, edging Strathmore Leos in the final to retain the title for a fifth consecutive year.
Kabras, meanwhile, bounced back from their Prinsloo defeat to claim the Dala Sevens in Kisumu, beating Menengai Oilers 17–5 in the final.
The results have underlined the competitiveness of this year's circuit, with Kabras, Strathmore, and Menengai among the teams expected to challenge KCB in Mombasa.
With three legs remaining after Driftwood, every point will be crucial as the teams battle for overall supremacy.
The circuit will move to Embu for the fifth leg on September 5–6 before concluding with the Christie Sevens in Nairobi on September 12–13.
