Unprecedented El Niño Forecast: Global Temperatures Poised for Historic Rise

Remarkably high temperatures in the deeper ocean, with some areas at 100 meters depth registering around 8°C above normal, are believed to be fueling this El Niño, acting as a vast reservoir of warm water.
Evidence suggests that global weather patterns are already responding to the developing El Niño. India, for instance, has experienced below-average monsoon rains, while hurricane activity in the Atlantic Ocean has been suppressed, with only three named storms recorded this season.
